Archer Farms Buffalo Wrap from Target

Not perfect but tasty. I liked the chicken and the bit of spiciness. The blue cheese crumbles struck me as a little weird. My co-worker asked me how I liked it and I told her the blue cheese crumbles struck me as an odd combination. She informed me that blue cheese and buffalo wings were a famous combination and that I was insane and had no taste. (She’s the sort of person who does that.) Unfortunately, she was correct. I think I would like the blue cheese more if it were a creamy dip type thing, which strikes me as a more popular combination. So the nutrition facts I found on a different website. I hope they are correct, because half the wrap filled me up and I’m saving the rest for tomorrow. A filling 215 calorie lunch would be fucking awesome…a little TOO fucking awesome, which is why I doubt it. I heard spicy foods are more filling though. Anyway, it’s not bad and worth giving it a try but you might find the blue cheese and buffalo chicken combo a little odd.

Archer Farms California Salad from Target

Starting out with my Monday lunch. I work in a warehouse type thing in the middle of nothing much. Close by, I’ve discovered a Target with a surprisingly tempting selection of fresh deli lunches. I decided to go with the California Salad. I was hugely impressed! The chicken tasted incredibly fresh and well-cooked and spiced. I loved the goat cheese! There was no wilting in the lettuce or spinach. I love a fresh salad. Tasty poppyseed dressing to go along with it. I totally recommend this one!
